Individual Counselling

When working with me, my goal is to create a safe, affirmative space for you to explore your identity, learn new skills, and heal through creativity and mindfulness.

I work with teens, youth, young adults and adults navigating:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • AuDHD and ADHD

  • Social anxiety

  • Burnout

  • Trauma

  • Gender and identity exploration

  • Life struggles

  • Feelings of not being good enough

I often work with folks who are:

  • Navigating adolescence, high school and university

  • Women identifying and non-binary identifying folks who navigate being femme-presenting, have experienced gender-based harm, and/or are seeking to connect with their sense of self, safety, and empowerment.

  • Looking for counselling with an integration of art, creativity, music, breathwork, and movement

  • Queer, part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and anyone who needs a safe and affirming space to explore their identity and gender

I work with clients ages 14 and up.

I provide an affirmative space for all folks, and have experience working with and supporting folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community

Sessions are always tailored to your needs. If you’re specifically looking for somatic or art-based work, we can intentionally centre those methods; if not, I integrate these modalities gently and only when they feel supportive, ensuring our time together aligns with your comfort, goals, and needs.

Mindful &  Somatic-Based Therapy

Mindful and somatic therapy focuses on how emotions and stress are held in the body.

Through gentle breathwork, movement, and body awareness, clients learn to regulate, release tension, and feel more grounded.

Goals of mindfulness-based Somatic Therapy:

  • Build calm and grounding

  • Release stored tension

  • Strengthen mind–body awareness

In sessions, this might look like:

  • Breathwork

  • Gentle movement

  • Noticing body–mind patterns

Creative & Arts-Based Therapy

Creative and arts-based therapy uses imagery, sound, movement, and writing to support expression and healing. It isn’t about artistic skill—it’s about using creativity to explore emotions, build regulation, and connect with parts of yourself that can be hard to reach through words alone.

Goals of creative & arts-based therapy:

  • Express feelings that are difficult to verbalize

  • Explore identity and inner stories

  • Reconnect with playfulness and curiosity

  • Support emotional release and regulation

  • Build self-awareness and confidence

In sessions, this might look like:

  • Collage, drawing, or painting

  • Exploring emotions through colour, shape, sound, or movement

  • Using creativity to support regulation and expression
