I work with clients ages 14 and up.
I provide an affirmative space for all folks, and have experience working with and supporting folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community

My practice is rooted in mindfulness and somatic-based approaches, supporting you in connecting with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. Other approaches may also be incorporated into your personalized support plan, depending on your needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore approaches that feel right for you.

Mindful and somatic therapy focuses on how emotions and stress are held in the body.
Through gentle breathwork, movement, and body awareness, clients learn to regulate, release tension, and feel more grounded.
Goals of mindfulness-based Somatic Therapy:
