BLOOM is a creative-based therapy group for teens to explore confidence and self compassion. Each session focuses on a different topic and introduces creative activities and tools, as well as discussion and psychoeducation.

Knowing Me, Knowing You: An Arts-Based Therapy Group for Queer, Trans and Non-Binary Teens

Offered In-Person and Virtually
This group introduces art-based therapy techniques in a supportive and affirming environment for members to express themselves, share and explore resources, and learn regulation skills through creating and making art. In this group, folks will be introduced and encouraged to use various mediums including painting, drawing, collaging, and clay. Mindfulness and gentle somatic movement may also be brought in.

This group is structured around female empowerment, deconstructing harmful stereotypes, and reshaping perspectives on femininity. This group will engage in collaging, painting, as well as expressive and intuitive art.

Rooted: A Somatic movement group for reclaiming body confidence
Adults ages 18+

This group navigates body confidence and sense of self by integrating somatic and mindful movement into daily life. In this group, simple body movements, breathwork, and stretching will be integrated.
